A session of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv towards ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko with a framework of investigation of the case on poisoning of 3rd President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko was carried over on June 13 because of illness of the judge.

Trial of Lutsenko carried over
According to an UNIAN correspondent, secretary of the court said on Friday that chair judge Hanna Medushevskaya is on sick leave and the session is carried over on June 13, at 9.15 am.
